What is AdBlue?
AdBlue liquid is most important part of SCR system. The adblue fuel is used to eliminate nitrous oxide (NOx) gases from the diesel engine exhaust gases. Its made from mixture of urea and deionized water, it sprayed into the exhaust system with special injector.
Since 2006, most of new cars using SCR technology for low emission for Euro6 emission standart.
Adblue DEF tank empty, what should i do?
Adblue fluid is only in diesel engines. Adblue diesel fuel is can run out, normally have almost 4000-5000km with full adblue tank.
But when its empty your Truck or Car will go limp mode (torque reduction, speed limit, low HP) because of emission limits. Almost %40 Power Loss when you have adblue error or adblue warning light on. Even some Passenger cars wont start if you adblue tank is empty. When you re-fill everything goes normal
Adblue Delete
When your Truck or Car have adblue malfunction, you have two options;
- Repair or Replace malfunction parts with new one
- You can make adblue bypass with adblue removal software
If you want to repair the adblue system (SCR system) it will cost you thousands of dollars. After repair there is no guarantee to work without problem, mostly they give malfunction in 6-8 months. The only way is replace, but replace costs is even more than repair.
But;
With adblue delete you can make adblue bypass and use your truck or car without adblue def fuel. For this we use adblue removal software and emulators.
Adblue Delete With Software

For this we have to read ECU software (EDC17CV41 Adblue off included.) with special tools like Dimsport New Trasdata or Dimsport New Genius, and open this ECU software with special softwares like WinOLS or Race EVO Standart FULL.
After that we make modifications for SCR system, Adblue system, DPF system and write new file to Engine ECU. With this even if your adblue tank is empty, you see your adblue tank full in dashboard or diagnostic tool.
